Rob had recently started visiting ebay. He liked the concept of online shopping. He had bought quite a few things from the site. He was happy with the things that were sold to him. They were well worth the price he paid. He did not do all his shopping from ebay. When it came to expensive electronics, he would prefer shopping at a retail store in a mall. So that he could look at the model and make a purchase. He wanted an additional cell phone for work, so he looked for some decent models on ebay. He selected a piece that fit his specifications and expected the delivery within a week. When his cell phone was delivered, it had a lot of scratches on it and he was even charged for it.
