Suzi grabbed her lunch box and handbag and ran out of the door. She was delayed for work today. After boarding the bus, she turned on her ipod. She liked listening to music on her way to and back from work. It made her journey less boring. While she was listening to her favorite album, the ipod stopped working. She reached work and thought of asking her colleague for help. So she went over to his desk and asked him to help her. He took a look at it. She asked him, "Is there a problem with my ipod"? It had frozen and she did not know how to restart it. He helped her restart the ipod and it began to work properly. He told her what had happened and how to deal with it if she came across the same problem in the future. She was very happy now that her ipod was back in working condition. She boarded the bus after work and continued to listen to her music from where she left off.
