The customers' needs need to be put into consideration

There have been a lot of complaints from many customers of the inadequacy of the information available in the instruction manuals that make them not able to understand how the products sold to them can be handled. Most companies, especially those who handle entertainment and communication gadgets such as iphones are careless with in designing of their instruction manuals because some are outdated, some with a number of grammatical errors, others with shallow explanations among other problems. This has caused serious inconvenience that has led the users to quit using some of their products. Even simple problems that occur in the gadgets such as fix 3194 error iphone are not solved with the manuals. That is why, the governments should intercede for the sake of the consumers for the companies to look into these problems and make corrections where possible. This way, the consumers will rest easy knowing that the problems have been solved and there will be no report of any incident of the kind ever occurring. And in turn, trust will be built between the consumers and the companies involved.
